Common uses:
Bentonite clay can be used in various ways for skin, detoxification, and overall health. For skin care, blend one part clay with two parts water and apply it as a face mask or skin poultice for 15-20 minutes to draw out impurities. It can help with bites, burns, and stings by covering the affected area with a clay pack. In baths, add 1-4 cups of clay to warm water for a full-body detox soak, or use ½ cup for foot soaks.
